This policy explains how Clienthand AI ("we", "us") handles personal information on this website, clienthand.ai, and when you book or have a conversation with us. We keep it in plain English. If anything is unclear, email success@clienthand.ai.
What this policy covers
It covers this website and the people who contact us or book a session. It does not cover information that a client's own customers share with a tool we build for that client. How that information is handled is agreed with each client.
Information we collect
When you book a strategy session
Booking runs through Google Calendar. On that page you enter details such as your name and email address, and you choose a time. Anything else you type into the booking form is also shared with us. Google processes that information under its own privacy policy.
When you email us
If you write to success@clienthand.ai, we receive your email address, your message and any attachments.
If we ask you to complete an intake form
Before or after a session we may ask you to complete a short online form about your business, for example in ClickUp. We only ask for information that helps us prepare.
Technical information
Like most websites, our web host may log technical details when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device and the pages you request. We do not use this information to identify you personally.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for third-party advertising.
Cookies and similar technologies
This website does not set cookies of its own, and it does not use analytics or advertising trackers. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and browser details when a page loads. The Google Calendar booking page and the Google Meet video link are run by Google and may use cookies under Google's own policies.
Who we share information with
We use service providers to run our business. These include Google (calendar, video calls, email and fonts), our web hosting provider, and online tools for forms and project management. They may process your information only to provide their services to us.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, or if our business is sold or merged. In that case we would tell you how your information will be handled.
Where information is processed
Our team and our service providers work across several countries. Your information may be processed outside the country where you live, including in the United States. We take reasonable steps to protect it wherever it is handled.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the reasons above, including keeping business records. After that we delete it or remove anything that identifies you.
Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email success@clienthand.ai and we will respond as soon as we reasonably can.
- United Kingdom and European Economic Area: you may also ask us to restrict or stop using your information, to give you a copy in a usable format, and to object to certain uses. You can complain to your data protection authority. In the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
- Australia: you may ask to access or correct your personal information under the Privacy Act 1988. You can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
- United States: depending on your state, you may have the right to know, correct and delete your personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No method of storing or sending information is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Children
This website is for businesses. It is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Links to other sites
This website links to other sites, including Google. We are not responsible for how they handle your information. Please read their policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will change the date at the top when we do. Please check back from time to time.
